Green Coffee Beans Returns Policy

At Blue Camel Broker , we are committed to providing the highest quality green coffee beans to our customers. We understand that occasionally, issues may arise with your order, and we are here to help. Please review our returns policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Defective or Damaged Goods: If the green coffee beans you received are defective or not as described, you are eligible for exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.
  • Damage during shipping is the responsibility of the shipping carrier but we will assist you with the claim.
  • Incorrect Order: If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of green coffee beans, the following conditions apply:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for beans that have been roasted, processed, or otherwise altered after delivery.
  • Beans purchased in bulk (orders over 30 pounds/kilos) are non-returnable unless they are defective or not as described.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: within 48 hours upon receiving the order email us at szumski@bcenterprises.ca with your order number, details of the issue, and photos of any damage (if applicable). 
  • Approval: Our team will review your request and provide response for the return within 48 hours.
  • Shipping Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and applied to your original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect items).

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item (e.g., for a different origin or lot of green coffee beans), please follow the same return process. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on whether the order has already been processed or shipped.

 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
