1. Haraz Region
- Location: Western part of Sana’a Governorate, in the Haraz Mountains
- Altitude: 1,800 - 2,500 meters
- Famous Varieties: Ismaili, Udaini, Juedi
- Flavor Profile: Fruity, floral, and winey notes, with bright acidity and a medium to full body
- Notable Areas: West Haraz

2. Ibb Region

- Altitude: 1,500 - 2,300 meters

3. Khawlan Region

- Famous Varieties: Udaini, Dawairi
- Flavor Profile: Fruity and sweet, with earthy and spicy undertones, and a full body
